April’s specials are Gluten-free pineapple koi cakes with molasses frosting, matcha koi cakes with black tahini frosting, dragon egg rolls with a spicy and liquid fire dipping sauce, and Kraken cakes with Tartarus sauce. Kraken cakes are vegan crab cakes. Tartarus sauce is a vegan tartar sauce. Dragon egg rolls are egg roll wraps filled with vegan egg yolk and yuba. Liquid fire sauce is a spicy and creamy dipping sauce.
